I would have to say being a middie myself i prefer the Harrow I-beam or the Warrior Levitation.
Given that your ball handling skills are good, you should look for a head that is narrow with deep sidewalls, like a Warrior Evo Pro. The deep sidwalls allow for a deeper pocket and a narrow head makes you more accurate and also makes it tougher for defensemen to knock the ball out. If you take faceoffs you will want a stiffer head… The Warrior Blade is very popular for faceoffs.
