Effective Ball Handling Program
Advanced. Week 5. Testing Day. I’d like to point out that this video was shot on 18.10.2010. It was something like +8C out side and I tell you that it’s not the best temperature for ball handling. Hands were freezing and you have to make up ways to make them warm. Overall ball handling is rather clumsy. For this testing day I was going to shoot it on the other basketball court, but when I got there it was already cleaned up for ice rink. So I head back to the old place. When I got there it was wet and this court has surface that when it gets wet it gets icy slippery. Anyway I decided not to waist time and finish test day at the conditions what I had. I’m not a big fan of “buts” and “circumstances”, but this was a moment when conditions were actually a break. In near future I will repeat Advanced testing day, but next time it will be taking place indoors. I will record it and place it here on U2B. By the way, boy – you got lucky. When I arrived at the destination Korso Olympic Stadium, I had little battery left and that what happened. Most of the first part of the test didn’t get recorded. It consisted of stationary drills, but I was recording it, just didn’t check that the recording was set correctly. Anyway, if it would be recorded you wouldn’t see this. Actually you would see none of this cause it would be too boring to post the first part without the last part. You probably know what I mean. So for the last I will re-shoot this testing day and till that time AiR25. Out …
Effective Ball Handling Program
Intermediate I. Week 1. Day 1. This video was shot on 24.07.2010 and to my biggest surprise temperature dropped from ~+30C to just bellow +20C and it felt like early autumn. Interestingly enough day after temp. rise to near +30C again, which is uncommon for Finland. It was probably the hottest summer ever (in FIN). My first intention was to shoot this vid for “The day in life” campaign, but when messing with mic, I decided not to participate in this program. Anyway enjoy the show and comment, if you have any questions. Thanks. AiR25 Out. Remember – I’m yet practicing.
